It is told that the first person to create the "heel" of a shoe is a man. If this is true, Nicholas Kirkwood must have that shoe maker's heirloom. lol
Most woman couldn't fathom taking on a job such as creating shoes, but somehow we are so fascinated with the end results that we'll spend hundreds of dollars on Manolo Blahniks and survive off cracker and cheese for the rest of the week.
And ladies, may I say ... this rising star's shoes are fully capable of turning [such] a woman anorexic.
